Daily Instruction Model

Time on technology: ~225 minutes

ThinkCERCA helps teachers personalize the development of skills in regular classroom settings. By integrating ThinkCERCA into the instructional plan, teachers can address the renewed emphasis on writing across content areas, disciplinary reading skills, and academic language in new assessments.

This model ensures that students will practice close reading, writing (argumentative, informational and narrative), speaking and listening, and academic language development. It provides a daily schedule for helping students complete one applied lesson per week.
