Station-Based Rotation Model

Time on technology: ~75 minutes

In limited or shared technology settings, a blended learning station-based rotation model allows students to engage with ThinkCERCA lessons across a variety of modalities.

After setting the stage with a teacher-led, offline Direct Instruction, students can then work together in small groups on the beginning part of the ThinkCERCA lesson: personal connection and reading.

The next two days provide a set of routines where students can continue with close reading, practice vocabulary, and discuss their argument with other students. Students will rotate through these stations twice over the final two days.
